Our 1st trip to Cedar Point

Cedar Point

We have been in Ohio now.. more specifically.. Cleveland for just over 5 years.. and we have NEVER been to Cedar Point. Last weekend.. we decided it was finally time to take trip up to Sandusky.. which is just over an hour away. My dad and stepmom were gracious enough to cover our tickets and were excited to take the kids for a fun day out.

I didn’t get to ride all the coasters that I wanted, but I did hit a few and I look forward to taking another trip out without the kids.. specifically with the plan to wait in line all day. Hehe!!

Serenity had a BLAST. Her favorite ride was the “Little Gemini”.. which is a kiddie coaster that tops at 20 mph!! She rode nearly all of the kids rides and really loved the carousel. She spent tons of dads money at the arcade and had macaroni and cheese for lunch. Caeden did his share of rides.. which was a first for him. He is a fearless little man. He loved running around and sucked down tons of Icee’s. We had planned to allow them to visit the gift shop.. but at about 7 PM it started to rain and we quickly head to the parking lot.

    When people mention Cedar Point I have to check it out! I used to live right outside of Cleveland for years when I was younger & we always went 4 or 5 times a year…We still go back every other year..I love it!

    We love Cedar Point and go there a couple of times each summer. Glad to hear everyone had a great time. It is a neat place isn’t it?

    What a fun outing! Cedar Point was the big place to go to growing up, I’m in MI. A lot of us would go in high school in big groups. We hope to get down to Sandusky soon but not for Cedar Point. We want to take ER to the Great Wolf Lodge there.
