So, Friday was my 1st trip alone with both kids. Man it was something. Luckily it wasn’t snowing, but the weather did dump several inches on us a few hours before we left.. and it was VERY cold.

Both kids has doctor’s appointments and it needed to be done. So, I bundled them up and got them in the car.. which took about 15 minutes.. we made it to the doctors and both kids are great.

Miss Serenity still only weighs 23 lbs and is 34 inches tall. Caeden is 8 lbs 10 oz and is 21 inches.

On our way home.. I realized it was just shy of rush hour.. so I was in a panic to get off the interstate in time. Success! But.. there is always a but.. it started snowing.. and I mean really snowing half way down the road to home. It was dark and the roads were terrible. Thankfully I made it down the hill just before the accident.

All in all, if I made it through that.. I know I can handle taking them out again, but I plan to avoid that until summer.
