So, this past weekend was Father’s Day. We decided to go down to Heath’s dads to celebrate. Our original plan was to hit up the beach and then Olive Garden, but his dad was a party pooper.. so Heath and I put together a BBQ with family in the area.

I stopped at a yard sale right down the road and picked up a turtle sandbox for Serenity. It was only $8!! Score!!

I have been bumming lately in the apartment. We have a small balcony, but nothing fits on it as far as anything fun goes. We are going to buy her a sand and water table for her birthday, but I am considering getting it early.. the summer will be half over before she gets it! So, all of her outdoor fun is sitting in Pennsylvania for the weekends. We plan to go down every weekend this summer just so she can play. It will only cost us $40 in gas for a round trip! Haha! The things you’ll do for your kids!

So anyway, it was a fun little day, food, fun, and family. It sure tired her out! Enjoy some pix!
