    This sweet ruffle tank can be worn with an Old Navy twirly skirt, crop pants, skinny jeans, or even some cute Old Navy shorts! (shorts are just $15 thru Sunday!) I would give the outfit a great together and finished look by placing a silk tropical flower (my style secret) in a coordinating color in my hair. The flower would flutter in the gentle spring breeze along with the ruffly shoulders of the tank. …ahhh, I can feel that breeze right now!!
