Fall Open House for Pre-K

Last weekend (10-16-10)  was Serenity’s Pre-K open house. It was just a week after she finally started school, but she had already developed a friendship with a few of the kids and really like both of her teachers. Heath was able to meet the her teacher and see her school. I was amazed at how much this school does to engage and teach the kids.

The kids received treat bags.. and had the opportunity to go from classroom to classroom and participate in a variety of activities including yoga, ghost bowling, face painting, balloon animals, art projects, snacks, and a bouncy house… and they even had a pumpkin patch where the kids could pick their own pumpkins and paint them.
