Oliver’s Labels Back-2-School Review

About Oliver’s Labels

“It all began with a small idea to keep Oliver, my nephew, from losing his stuff. After seeing the overwhelming positive reaction from his teachers and other parents, I realized there was a huge demand for high quality labels. I used my 6 years of experience in the printing industry to develop a label that was both durable and beautiful. The business was born and now our full-colour designs and exclusive Found-it™ tracking system are a few of the things that set Oliver’s Labels apart from the competition.” – Debbie

So, What Did We Really Think?

Originally, we had planned to send Serenity to a Pre-K program and it required that EVERYTHING be labeled.. and I desperately began to search for a program that would work better than a sharpie. Oliver’s Labels was the obvious choice for us in labels for all of our different needs. They offer a variety of separate options where you can purchase labels based on your needs, or you can chose from a variety of packaged sets . Of course you also have the option of several different design/style options to match the personality of each of your little ones… let’s take a look…

Of course we opted for the preschool package which supplied us with all of the labels necessary to label backpacks, shoes, pencils, extra outfits, and even lunch supplies. We had a really difficult decision as far as choosing a design and eventually chose what you see above, Rococo . They also offer labels for boys as well a children with food allergies including peanuts , dairy , eggs , gluten , and seafood .

Once you chose your label and design, you move to the customization stage . Here you can add names and/or the “Found-It”, as well as preview your label. No name is too large for this label.. just remember that the more characters added, the smaller the print will become.

We heavily tested our labels putting them through multiple dishwasher loads, washing machine cycles.. frozen on ice packs and microwaved on containers, we even hand scrubbed the labels and they all made it!

What is “Found-It”?

“We give you the option of printing a Found-it™ tracking system code on your labels (as seen in the example below). This unique code connects you to your item via your email address.”

How cool?!

Oliver’s Labels had truly been a blessing to us in that we found a stylish and high quality solution to markers. I have even made the suggestion to several residents at the nursing facility that I work as an option for their clothing. I plan to continue to use this label system for my children and would love to see Oliver’s Labels expand into other areas of labeling including options for kitchen labeling as well as all purpose labeling for adults. I would love larger labels for the boxes that I use for the kids puzzles and games.. or even or my baking supplies.
