Beat the Snow: Waterpark

Ahhh! I really really really really.. needed to get out of the house.. I am sooooo over winter. The kids are beyond bored with their Christmas toys and it is barely February.. and I need sun! We decided to take our 1st ever trip up to Sandusky and check out Castaway Bay Indoor Waterpark. It was a great little resort and just perfect for long winter months. And if you happen to live in the area and are considering a trip.. I would recommend picking up $20 discount tickets at Discount Drug Mart… otherwise you will pay $29 a person.

Note: I have some photos on a waterproof disposable camera that I need to go pick up.. these are the ones we took with our regular camera.. so they are slightly random.

Serenity spent the entire time going down the water slide in the kiddie park.. and Caeden was just a blast! He is absolutely fearless and just dives right in. Heath and I escaped for a bit to enjoy a tube slide  called Rendezvous Run, which was pretty neat.. overall it was great for the kids. Serenity is still asking when we are going back to the waterpark!
