I am sooooo excited. If you recall, I took my NCLEX a week ago, and I was NOT confident that I passed. In fact, I didn’t think I had a chance being that I had ALL 205 questions.

Well, the news came back in my favor, and I am officially a licensed practical nurse. This is just the first step in my journey. I am still taking classes towards my BSN, however, now I can make a decent wage on the side and NEVER have to work retail or as a babysitter ever again :)

I have applied for a few jobs, but I don’t expect to hear anything until after the New Year at least. Thanks to my MIL, I have had plenty of interview material to review in the mean time.

Heath was so great with the whole ordeal. He had every faith that I had passed, but was there to let me know that spending another $200 to retake the test would be worth it. He brought home some pretty flowers that evening.. and we chilled with some Modern Warfare 2!!
