International Playthings, LLC was created in 1967 with the intention of providing quality and entertaining toys for a variety of audiences. The website includes are large variety of dolls, infant and preschool toys, as well as many educational options. International Playthings is proud of its reputation as one of the largest and best toy retailers to date!

In the spirit of Halloween, I was asked to do a review of Calico Critters dressed for Halloween!

There is an entire line of critters from which to chose including, dogs, cats, frogs, elephants, horses, and even squirrels! Each family has  their own bio to enjoy. For example,

Ellwoods Elephant Twins

“Ellie is very sweet, caring and loving. She always wants to be around her family, especially her brothers and sister. Evan is just a little ball of energy. He jumps out of his crib in the morning and is crawling around the house and outside all day.”

Personally, I was excited to learn that there is an entire line of products. There are a variety of animals as well as doll houses, barns, as well as many furniture and accessory options!

I found the animals to be steady. I thought the detail put into the animal features were just adorable. Serenity did find them hard to undress and redress as they do not bend at all, but she is a 3 year old who gets frustrated easily. They also stood up without much effort. Overall,  she loved them. She has put Calico Critters on her list for Santa this year.
